DeepCycle is a workflow automation platform that combines automations and AI agents with human-in-the-loop control, including assigned flows, approvals, and team accountability. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating any law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using the Services to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

The Services let you connect third-party tools and accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the permissions and data you share with them. We are not responsible for third-party services.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Services and run the workflows you configure.

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide, are owned by DeepCycle and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepCycle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
